Did you know that the southern Kruger Park is home to some very special lions? The Vurhami Pride is known and loved around the world for their tendency to climb trees! As you can see, lions are NOT built for climbing trees, and there are times when it can be a precarious (and very entertaining) enterprise!

These amazing lions are fearless in their determination to lounge (and play) in the arms of local trees, and what they lack in good judgement for choosing big, strong trees, they more than make up for in determination.
